Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email from our shipping partners.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

·       Express shipping 2-6 days

·       International shipping 10-14 days

Shipping fees:

·       Standard Delivery (Rs. 100)

·       Express Shipping (Rs. 350)

·       International Shipping (Rs. 3,000)

 All orders above Rs. 5,000 have free shipping.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Important:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours so we can raise the issue with the courier partner.
• While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays due to courier services are beyond our control.
