Each URUWA piece is crafted ‘made-to-order’ especially for you.
To avoid wastage, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Exchanges can be facilitated only in rare instances of a garment concern/ damage, following evaluation with our team.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, courier packaging, and original wrapping. After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same item.

Important Information
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and processed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are encouraged to review the size guide carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.
We appreciate your support and understanding, as each piece is created with care once it is ordered.
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval after inspection. We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
- We do not offer bank refunds.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- Store credit will be sent to your registered email as a code.
- The code can be used at checkout for future purchases.
- If the full amount is not used in one purchase, the remaining balance can be used later.
- Store credit does not expire and cannot be converted to cash.
